Research has shown that students learn best when they are fully engaged. This presentation is all about ACTIVE LEARNING, getting your students UP, MOVING, and LEARNING. A variety of cross curricular ideas and activities will be presented; movement and academics go hand in hand. I am sharing my many easy to implement activities focusing on letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and themes. In addition, I will share music recommendations for each lesson that enhance each lesson as each song is purposefully selected for each activity. This session is packed with multi-sensory lessons that promote ACTIVE LEARNING opportunities. Wear your tennis shoes, you will be moving and learning in this session.
